Fall Contact Days Registration is NOW OPEN!

Unfortunately at this time we are unable
to run Contact Day camps for the following sports:

Girls Bowling, Girls Softball, Girls Water Polo,
Boys Water Polo, Girls Gymnastics, Boys Volleyball






NOTE: We are currently awaiting direction from the IHSA with regard to moving forward with the fall sport season
under the“Return To Play Guidelines” being established by the IDPH, ISBE, and the Governor’s Office.
We are opening registration now to ensure that students are registered and physicals are updated
in hopes of the fall sport season beginning as scheduled.

There are NO registration fees for joining sports in District 211.

It is important to know that you must be registered and have a valid physical to participate, no exceptions. 
We hope you take this opportunity to get involved.

Studies at PHS have shown students involved in extra- curricular activities have an average GPA one point higher than those not involved.

before the first day of contact days.

All athletes must have a current physical on file that has been cleared through
the Palatine High School nurse prior to the first day of tryouts.
***Physicals are valid for 13 months from the date of the physical***

You will no longer need an order form.
VIP will be taking an individual picture of every athlete and uploading them to an online gallery.

You will be able to see your picture before you place an order.
Images will be available to view within 3 days of picture day.

Pictures from the 2019-2020 school year are still available to view and order.
All orders will now be direct delivery. When you place an order, VIP will print it and ship it to you.

Athletes - To scheduled an appointment with the trainers in the training room:
1. Scan QR code or click THIS LINK
2. Find date/time for preferred appointment.
a. ONLY 3 athletes per time slot
b. In-season athletes have priority
3. Type in initials, sport, body part, either E,R,T
a. E= Evaluation, R=Rehab, T=Tape
b. Example: N.G. (swim, ankle, E)
4. Arrive on time for scheduled appointment.
a. If late arrival athlete risks not being seen by athletic trainer


New Registration Site

We have a new registration site. Please find the link and instructions below. Your form submissions will be stored in your family account, plus you'll only need to update entries for future registrations.

Step 1: Fill in the Student Information for the program selected under the registration options.

Step 2: You must bring your completed physical examination form to Palatine High School Student Health Services Office. Physicals are valid for 13 months.

Step 3: (Seasonal Athletics Only) Read, Fill out and submit the Sports Medicine Acknowledgement & Consent Form, Athletic Code of Conduct Form and Permission Form.
